This program is a cost effective way to highlight all damage and irregularities that occur to pallet racking in operations typical of yours. The critical need to have a 'Worksafe' environment for all employee's, contractors and visitors demand that all businesses accept their liabilities for their operations accordingly. Our OH&S Maintenance Program is designed to take the guess work out of making sure you comply with the legislative requirements to provide this safe working environment with regards to your pallet racking and storage systems.

There are maximum deviations and deformations allowed that are set out in AS 4084 - 1993, our OH&S Rack Safety Audit Program check any impact damage your racking receives against these standards.

Standard

Suitable for normal selective pallet racking with the
first beam level above 1050mm
800mm high

Low Beam

Suitable for double deep racking and longspan shelving with first beam at 300mm or 375mm
Comes in two pieces which fit together snugly:
– the base plate and
– upright protector.

Carton Live Storage

A specially notched version suitable for carton live storage racking with typical shelf levels
Suitable for front and rear uprights.

Base

Two types of Protect-a-RACK Base are available:

Integrated unit combining a baseplate for the rack upright and a low-rise protector
OR a low-rise retrofit unit to suit existing installations.

Mesh Safety Barriers

These safety barriers are designed to protect pedestrians from falling items from racking systems. This is most common in single sided selective rack where a pedestrian may be on one side of the rack when a forklift operator on the other side accidentally dislodges an item from a pallet as they are loading/unloading from the rack.

Safety Bollards

Safety bollards offer heavy duty protection against rack damage and possible accidents.
